2.3 Promotional and Discounted Courses
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to limit or deny refunds for courses purchased at heavily discounted prices (over 50% off regular price).
2.4 Bundled Courses
For bundled courses purchased together:
- If you request a refund for the entire bundle, you must meet the eligibility criteria for all courses in the bundle
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available
